Return & Exchange Policy

Returning For Refund


Orders placed on our website can be returned for refund. There is no time frame and the refund will go to the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned unworn and in new condition. Simply fill out the Return Form and notate "Credit." Customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise to:

Return Form

  • For your protection we recommend you insure the package.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the processing of your return.
  • Depending on your credit card company, it can take additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Signature Series Exchange and Return Policy

Due to the limited number of pairs produced for the Signature Series Sandals, Rainbow will exchange new and unworn sandals with original tags and packaging for another size of a Signature Series if product is available. If no Signature Series product is available, we will exchange for any regular pair of sandals. If the sandals you are returning are new, unworn, and include the original tags and packaging, a refund for the price difference can be applied.

Exchange


Rainbow merchandise purchased from our online store or elsewhere can be returned for exchange with no time limit. We charge $7.00 to place an exchange order for one item and $2.00 for each additional item (this covers return shipping to the customer). Merchandise must be returned unworn and in new condition. Simply fill out the Return Form and notate "Exchange for." Customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise to:

Return Form

  • For your protection we recommend you insure the package.
  • Be sure to include a payment method for the $7.00 exchange fee and $2.00 for each additional item.
  • If the returned merchandise is more expensive than the requested item, Rainbow Sandals will apply the difference toward the exchange fee.
  • If the returned item is less expensive than the requested item, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
  • Rainbow Sandals does not offer store credit.
  • International customers will be quoted for additional shipping costs.
  • On average, customers can expect their exchange item to arrive within 2–3 weeks.

*Rainbow Sandals does not cover extra shipping costs associated with delivery to a wrong address, refused shipments, or address corrections.
