This is just one of the many amazing stories from Rady Hospital in San Diego: “When 10-year-old Gideon Robinson, a two-time leukemia survivor, left our 2020 event he proudly declared to his mom that he wants to go to SDSU someday. Thanks to the life-saving care he received at Rady Children’s, funded by generous partners, we know that he too will one day have the chance to be an Aztec. Thanks to Serena Santoro, currently 2020-2021 Director of Corporate Fundraising for Dance Marathon at San Diego State University who continues to support the children and families at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego raising over $1.1 million thus far for 2020.” They have great programs to help them advance research and treatment for life-threatening conditions – and improve care for children.
