May 26, 2021 Today, we picked up a donation from A L (Assistance League of San Clemente), 20 pairs of socks, ten bath towels, and a few blankets. These items will also be distributed to those without housing in north Orange County. In 1919 Anne Banning, Ada Edwards Laughlin, and their charity-minded friends formalized the Assistance League of Southern California. As a precursor to the national organization.
